I picked up Carine’s new magazine CR the other day, I’ve only had a quick look through, but I love the theme of it, rebirth. The tone of the magazine, including Carine’s editor’s letter, was surprisingly soft and gentle.
I’ve no idea why, but through photos and videos of Carine, I always thought she’s the kind of person who’s very serious and never smiled, but that’s completely unfounded. I got to photograph her twice during NYFW and she smiled both times for my camera, a warm smile too, so rare during the stressful constant rush of fashion week.
